White and Bright New Build Home Emerald Park, Saskatchewan

Getting to work with Jarret and Jennifer on their new build, dream home in Emerald Park, SK was a lot of fun. This couple new exactly what they wanted, how they enjoy living their lives and the memories they want to continue making together as a family β™₯ What could be better?! I got to jump in as they were working on the floor plans - the hole had not been dug, and nothing was selected for finishes or fixtures #Perfection

We worked together for months fine tuning the drafted floorplans, developing the 3D model to make sure everything would be perfect. We went to all the showrooms picking material finishes, ordering samples, hiring installers and ordering furniture. The builder’s started on April 1, 2024 - No April Fool’s joke! They got the keys in late fall and we photographed the home mid-winter.
